Responsibilities
Position reports to the Team Lead-EPIC Data Security. Perform various duties related to the review and approval of Epic access requests, user provisioning \ de-provisioning, maintenance of user access, and review of access and various activities within Epic. Coordinating work efforts with applicable MIS and organizational personnel; training end-users as required; documenting and troubleshooting work involved in systems implementation and maintenance; and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and liaison to business partners and business area end users.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related industry field and / or (1+) years experience or equivalent knowledge and experience required.
- Experience in supporting and implementing healthcare information systems required.
- Technical/programming experience required.
- Ability to translate clinical/business need into E.H.R. or ERP based workflow is required.
- PC-based computer skills, spreadsheet and word processing proficiency required.
- Five (5) years MIS and/or clinical experience, including two (2) years in similar and related position required.
- Must obtain and maintain Epic certification.
- Epic certification required.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay Range
USD $36.60 - USD $58.75 /Hr.Rotation Schedule Requirement
