ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work closely with the Enterprise Cyber security and ServiceNow team to design and construct data

architecture in ServiceNow VR (vulnerability Response) module including requirements gathering to

deployment and design support

2. Leverage deep understanding of ServiceNows IVR and APR modules to ensure all out of box capabilities are

leveraged and inefficiencies in the VR processes are corrected.

3. Expert working with other ServiceNows modules such as SecOps, VR, CMDB including implementation,

automating workflows

4. Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and support their needs.

5. Collaborate with ServiceNow team, Cyber team and other project leaders to achieve project goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment &

production support

- Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response implementations for an enterprise customer

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR) (Highly preferred)

- Knowledge of ServiceNow SecOps suite, including Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Incident Response

(SIR), Data loss and Prevention (DLP), and Threat Intelligence

- Understanding of the ServiceNow CMDB and its relation to Vulnerability Response

- Experience with core ServiceNow features such as Workspaces, Flow Designer/Workflow editor, Business

Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts

- Experience with Vulnerability Management Workspace

- Knowledge of building custom widgets in a ServiceNow Workspace

- Knowledge of ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, third-party security tools)

PREFERRED SKILLS: Familiarity with Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE), Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS), and Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE) - Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (Qualys, TVM, etc.) and integrating them with ServiceNow - Understanding of NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001, and other cybersecurity frameworks 

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery (CIS-D) for CMDB expertise - Exposure to GRC and risk-based vulnerability management - CISSP (nice to have)
