Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - Cybersecurity
Responsibilities:
• Good IT SOX Experience as SOX Tester.
• Experience in working directly with application teams and solution architects to review & fix issues.
• Document security gaps or non-compliant patterns/components and track these to closure with the application teams.
• Previous experience in recommending designs, platform services which align with defined best practices. Providing list of security recommendations to the application team based on the security review checklist provided.
• Good years of experience in Securing AWS & Azure Cloud, Infrastructure Security and Operations
• Mandatory knowledge of foundation AWS & Azure Cloud Services Compute ( IAM, Security Groups, SSH Keys, Encryption Keys, Secretes / Vaults, Certificates, Service Principals), Understand threat modelling of applications.
• TOE, TOD, RFT & External Audit Assistance for the General IT Controls (GITCs) Information Produced by the Entity (IPE) Application Controls.
• Review control evidence for adherence to accuracy, completeness and precision of control execution of all ITGC and NIST controls
• Data sampling, Testing of General IT / Shared Process controls and document the test result.
• Provide technical support in the assessment, design & implementation of ITGC requirement.
• Work with control owners & Testers to ensure quality, consistency and operability of new & existing controls.
• Validate & update documentation as needed to ensure scope, testing & remediation activities are accurate.
• Identifying TOD/TOE control failures and report as ‘Deficiencies’, Remediation/Mitigation of failed controls and validate remediated controls.
• Review test findings, facilitate the remediation of ITGC control gaps, and escalate possible critical issues to Senior management within IT.
• Support the review of IT tools, control designs and control remediation planning efforts.
• Collaborate & build long term relationship with key stakeholders in a fast paced & matrixed work environment.
• Foster an innovation & inclusive team-oriented environment. Play an active role in seeking development opportunities
• Ensure completing SDLC Compliance reviews for SOX/ Tools and critical applications for ITGC and NIST controls.
• Experience in improving the process for managing system authorizations considering the aspects of SDLC.
• Preparing project scorecards and provide status updates in granular level
• Manage and maintain central documentation repositories.
• Flexible to work for 24x7 process
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently and prepare Dashboards and Reports
• Experience of working independently & as a team player
• Should have a proactive work approach and ability to think outside the box
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Good IT experience
Preferred qualifications / Skills
• Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
