CBRN Threat Analyst

The Opportunity: 
As an expert in defense missions, your unique skill set inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to help solve some of our clients’ most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe. 


As a CBRN Threat Analyst, you’ll bring your defense expertise to collaborate with thought leaders in threat analytics on projects for the Department of Defense. You’ll use your skills as you research, analyze, and assess, CBRN an WMD threats. 

Work with us to help analyze, and evaluate, CBRN and WMD threats as part of an Army Service Component Command.

You served your country as a Service Member, DoD Civilian or DoD Contractor—now, continue your mission with us. Further your career while creating mission-forward solutions that matter.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in analyzing state or non-state WMD capabilities, proliferation, doctrine and strategy, command and control, and contemporary arms control agreements

  • Experience with the planning process and integrating the military intelligence function into contingency planning and product development

  • Experience developing deliverables and briefing to a senior level audience and key stakeholders

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience analyzing or assessing military capabilities and force employment, or 10+ years of experience analyzing or assessing military capabilities and force employment in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience working at a combatant command, joint staff, or service component command

  • Knowledge of intelligence databases and software programs for analysis of political-military issues, including Analyst Notebook, Tableau, and PALANTIR

  • Knowledge of foreign disclosure process​

  • Completion of Joint Professional Military Education

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
