A Glimpse into Your New Role

As an ICT Security Analyst, you will play a vital role in protecting the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of Acquire’s information systems and infrastructure. You will execute security audits, investigate incidents, manage security tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards and policies. You’ll also support the development of procedures aligned with global best practices and contribute to the company’s continuous improvement in information security posture.

Your Day Could See You:

• Executing daily logical and physical security audits in accordance with defined procedures

• Investigating security events using logs, CCTV, access control systems, and other security tools

• Performing vulnerability and risk assessments of firewall change requests and new applications

• Administering security systems such as firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, VA/PT tools, proxy servers, and endpoint protection platforms

• Collaborating with Network, Systems, Voice, and Project teams to ensure security compliance in business initiatives

• Supporting the development of security guidelines, standards, and procedures

• Diagnosing and resolving security incidents with minimal disruption to business operations

• Participating in PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST-related assessments and compliance activities

• Providing accurate and timely reporting on the organization’s security posture

• Performing other duties as assigned by the ICT Security Manager

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years focused on IT security

• Strong working knowledge of:

  • Network security protocols and devices (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS)

  • Endpoint security tools, proxy servers, and security scanners

  • Microsoft Active Directory and access control systems

• Familiarity with security frameworks such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST

• Hands-on experience with packet capture and analysis tools

• Knowledge of cyber security principles, risk management, and incident response

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) are a plus

• Willingness to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Knowledge of ITIL framework is an advantage
