What to expect

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and produce high-quality, engaging, and informational content for security awareness and training programs.
  • Build a variety of training materials including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, articles, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Security Awareness roadmap.
  • Assess the efficiency of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, and make improvements as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of security awareness initiatives with overall company objectives.
  • Support the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Security, Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6 to 10 years of proven experience in content development, instructional design, or a similar role, preferably in IT/cyber security and/or risk management.
  • Strong understanding of information security principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using e-learning development tools and software (e.g., storyline360…).
  • Creative approach with the ability to present complex information in an engaging and understandable manner.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in a corporate training or security awareness role.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
  • Certification in Information Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or Instructional Design (e.g., CPLP) is a plus.
  • Experience in highly regulated environments, especially in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience in developing different content to support successful security training and communications projects.
