The role

We are seeking a professional with a strong infosec background, with clear IT relationship, to join our Global GRC Team. This role focuses on implementing regulatory frameworks, safeguarding company assets, and ensuring information security across regions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in infosec controls, risk management, and technical security measures, with the ability to translate security requirements into business processes. Responsibilities include assessing technical and operational security controls, supporting compliance initiatives, conducting risk assessments (vendor, project, third-party), and assisting in security assessments across applications and solutions to improve the overall security posture.

Top Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the global ISMS (based on ISO27001) for the LATAM region, evaluating compliance status and follow-up actions.
• Identify security risks related to information assets, technical environment, third-party relationships, or operational processes.
• Conduct security assessments across the applications portfolio and solutions to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen security posture.
• Investigate technological solutions to enhance security measures and compliance (e.g., DLP, endpoint protection, network security, vulnerability assessments).
• Understand and apply technical and administrative controls across areas such as network security, access management, cloud security, endpoint security, physical security, third-party risk, legal compliance, and operational security.
• Identify threats and risks that could compromise confidentiality, integrity, or availability of information or systems.
• Analyze third-party solutions for security risks prior to adoption or integration, requiring knowledge of protocols, cloud environments, and databases.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of security awareness materials and measure effectiveness.
• Perform routine activities to ensure ongoing compliance with security frameworks and relevant legislation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/advanced education in Computer Science, Computer or Systems Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Security Industry.
• Proven experience in areas such as:
• Implementation and management of security controls
• Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
• Cloud security principles and best practices (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Endpoint security and protection measures
• Email security protocols (SPF, DMARC, DKIM)
• Third-party risk management and vendor security assessments
• Security awareness and training initiatives
• Upper Intermediate English level. This will be tested during the interview process

Preferred Qualifications

• +2 year of dedicated experience in any of the following areas:
• Security Consultant
• Security Compliance Analyst
• Information Security related Certifications/Trainings
