  • Collaboration, Training & Leadership:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for complex and non-standard underwriting referrals.
    • Design, deliver, and continuously improve technical training, knowledge sharing programs, and mentorship activities to upskill underwriters globally and stay abreast of current and emerging risk issues.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and inclusion; influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive change through consensus and partnership.
  • Strategic Initiatives:
    • Support the Head of Cyber Portfolio Underwriting on global initiatives, strategic projects, and management reporting.
