See Yourself as a Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting Radian in meeting critical audit and compliance requirements, including the processes to execute access recertifications in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements. This position manages data collection, campaign execution and completion, and ensures recertification campaign accuracy and remediation.
 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake of access data from system/application owners, including reviewing data and queries to ensure completeness and accuracy. 

  • Perform data filtering in accordance with instructions, as determined by compliance and regulatory scope.

  • Perform quality control and reviewer checks to ensure campaign completeness and reviewer accuracy. Investigate/remediate any missing records or incorrectly assigned reviews.

  • Perform data cleansing to identify duplicates, anomalies, and inaccuracies.

  • Manage remediation and confirms user access revocations.

  • Produce artifact packages to submit for internal and external audits.       

  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Qualifications

Basic Education and Prior Work-Related Experience:

Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience

Work Experience: 2 or more years of prior work-related experience

Preferred Education Level:
Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Mgmt., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Years of Prior Work-Related Experience: 
Technical: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience, such as business compliance, operational management, customer care, auditing, relationship building, information security and/or third-party risk management.
Supervisory: None
 

Additional Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Radian's businesses, policies/procedures, products and/or clients is preferred.

  • Knowledge of AICPA’s SOC Type I and Type II reviews a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

  • Critical and innovative thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to manage tasks and time commitments to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.
