Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join our Cybersecurity
Engineering Professional Services team.
The IAM Consultant will be pivotal in managing, analysing, designing, and implementing processes and technologies for automated and intelligent access. This role demands an understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, with expertise extending to Access Management (AM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
- Assist in conducting assessments of existing IAM/IDM frameworks and processes.
- Support the design and implementation of scalable and robust IAM/IDM strategies, methodologies, processes, and frameworks aligned with business objectives and cybersecurity architecture.
- Support the management and operations of IAM/IDM platforms and related technologies to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
- Implement IAM/IDM best practices in the context of the client's IAM/IDM environment and emerging technologies.
- Assist in the development and execution of IAM/IDM training and awareness programmes.
- Stay up-to-date with cybersecurity trends and technologies, as well as with IAM/IDM solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of IAM/IDM concepts, with specific knowledge of IAM/IDM tools, preferably Oracle OIM, OAM, and OID.
- Knowledge in applying cybersecurity compliance, regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT) to the design and implementation of IAM/IDM solutions and controls.
- Expertise in directory services such as Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP.
- Knowledge of IAM/IDM solutions and underlying infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure, Linux environments, and security tools like HashiCorp Vault.
- Knowledge of relational databases, preferably with experience in SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of WebLogic Application Server and Oracle SOA Suite APIs.
- Proficiency in authentication and authorisation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Expertise in coding/scripting languages such as HTML, JAVA, and SQL.
- Great organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of ethics, integrity, and responsibility.
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and high proficiency in English.
Nice to Have:
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Oracle IAM/IDM or similar are highly valued.
- Experience with IAM/IDM services and tools such as One Identity, Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint, or similar are highly valued.
- Experience with Ansible and Vault are highly valued..
- Knowledge of .NET or Python for IAM/IDM automation and integration tasks is also valued.
- Participation in cybersecurity and IAM/IDM-related communities, forums, or professional networks.
