Job Description

Purpose

Development, Engineering and Operations in the field of Endpoint Security & Protection Systems (Scope DT Technik GmbH)

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Engineering Tasks:

- Development & Improvement of existing Endpoint Security Solutions

- Testing & Implementation of new Endpoint Security Solutions

- Testing existing Endpoint Security Solutions for reliability

- Develop an automated security report/dashboard which provides an overview over all our endpoint security solutions

- Create & Update user and engineering documentation regarding endpoint security

- Create & Operate a Kubernetes container test platform and test our endpoint security solutions within the container platform

- Improve and automate existing processes regarding endpoint security onboarding, administration, maintenance etc.

• Operations Tasks:

- Assist system owners to connect their machines to our Endpoint Security solutions. Provide steps regarding pre-installation, installation and post-installation tasks

- Do first level and second support during onboarding, change, support and other requests regarding Endpoint Security

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

Must Have:

• Have proficiency in English

• Possess good knowledge of network/IP technologies

• Have experience with Linux and Windows operating system administration

• Are able to work independently

• Understand IT security principles and practices

Nice to Have:

• Have proficiency in German

• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory

• Understand container technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, etc.

Interpersonal Experience:

• Demonstrate strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills

• Can work effectively across different cultures, organizations, and company boundaries

• Are capable of leading project-based teams, setting and aligning on goals, and motivating others toward shared outcomes

• Possess strong presentation skills

• Are both a self-starter and a collaborative team player, able to work without direct supervision

• Think creatively and maintain a pragmatic view of complex challenges

• Show strong analytical capabilities and make well-informed, strategic decisions

• Foster open and continuous communication with team members to ensure alignment and consistent outcomes

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1 500 € /brutto.
