General expectations of the role:

• Hold good understanding of IT Project Management concepts, Agile methodology.
• Should have extensively worked in a client facing environment and worked with stakeholders from all geographies. Should have demonstrated excellent stakeholder management. Prior Big4 experience is preferred.
• Good to have experience on requirements elicitation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Work independently and as part of a team with other KPMG colleagues at all levels
• Prioritize tasks, proactively raise concerns/questions where appropriate for priority or engagement conflict resolution.
• Must be self-directed and able to manage competing priorities and proactively communicate when conflicts arise.
• Interact with clients on a regular basis through face-to-face meetings, video/teleconferences and email to understand client’s processes and business problems
• Strong written, verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify industry best practices and implement them in engagements.
