Position Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity on our growing Network Security Team!
You will be on the front lines of defense, protecting our enterprise from cyber threats, securing our data centers, regional offices, and cloud infrastructure, helping maintain compliance and mitigating risk. We work closely with our internal customers to ensure we are providing secure, scalable solutions for the business while maintaining compliance and reducing risk.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of existing network security infrastructure, services, and technologies to help identify gaps in security posture, inefficiencies, and process improvements.
- Working with internal customers to understand network connectivity requirements and ensure we are delivering a robust solution without compromising security.
- Documentation of current processes and procedures. Create, maintain, and improve SOPs and runbooks.
- Assist with internal audit requests, controls testing, and compliance related activities.
- Review, approve, and implement network security configuration changes on network firewall, web application firewall and proxies.
- Assist internal customers with network connectivity troubleshooting and resolution of network security related issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Understanding of network fundamentals – TCP/IP networking, OSI model, basic packet analysis.
- Experience working with network firewalls, proxies, and web application firewalls.
- Effective communication with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Keys to Success in this Role:
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Prisma Access, Global Protect VPN, Zscaler ZIA, Network fundamentals, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
