We are seeking an experienced Manager -  IAM ERP Governance to lead the strategy, implementation, and operations of SAP security and governance processes across Sobeys. This critical role will ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our SAP systems by overseeing access controls, segregation of duties (SoD), compliance monitoring, and governance frameworks.


As the IAM ERP Governance Manager, you will partner with business and IT leaders to develop and maintain robust security protocols and governance standards across multiple SAP modules and environments (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, GRC, etc.).


Lastly, you are an exceptional leader who drives for continuous improvements. You will possess the skills to develop KPI’s and metrics that demonstrate the effectiveness of the IAM ERP Governance program. You will also be accountable for weekly / monthly reporting that articulates to our executives that value that the IAM ERP Governance brings to our organization.

What you bring to the table:

 

  • Lead and manage the IAM ERP Governance team to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access across all SAP landscapes.
  • Oversee design and implementation of user roles, authorizations, and profiles to enforce SoD and least-privilege principles.
  • Manage the SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) suite for access control, risk analysis, and workflow approvals.
  • Collaborate with audit, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of SAP security and governance processes.
  • Co-ordinate SAP security support for projects, upgrades, and migrations (including S/4 HANA).

 

Required:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP security administration with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP security concepts across multiple modules (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, etc.).
  • Strong experience with SAP GRC Access Control suite.
  • Proven understanding of audit and compliance requirements .
  • Experience implementing and maintaining SoD frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

 

Preferred:

 

 

  • SAP Security or GRC certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Security Architect).
  • Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba).
  • Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems and tools.
