Your Commitment will include

• You are part of an agile team of IAM specialists responsible for the ongoing development and operation of a central identity and access management solution.
• You contribute to the continuous improvement, maintenance, and optimization of the IAM architecture, ensuring that potential risks are effectively addressed.
• You work on the implementation of development and operational tasks related to IAM systems, portals, automation processes, and integrations.
• You support the resolution of complex issues and inquiries in the area of identity and access management as part of 2nd-level support.
• You advise colleagues on the effective implementation of IAM concepts and system integrations.

Requirements

Achieving the difference requires

• You hold a university degree in a relevant IT or engineering field and/or have completed vocational training in computer science.
• Several years of professional experience in the IAM domain, specifically with "One Identity Manager," as well as experience in web development using Angular, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and version control systems (e.g., GIT), make you well-suited for this role.
• You have solid knowledge of MS SQL and database queries, and you are experienced with interface technologies such as REST, SCIM, and APIs.
• As a team player, you are able to analyze complex topics, structure them clearly, and communicate them appropriately for different audiences.
• You are familiar with working in an agile organization and have a good command of both German and English.
