CACI is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing complex projects within military or government environment. This role will support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES2).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex projects related to military systems integration, with a focus on mission system services and cyber-enabling capabilities.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for large-scale IT systems.
Coordinate and supervise the preparation of critical studies, reports, and acquisition documents.
Facilitate multi-stakeholder collaboration, ensuring effective communication between technical teams, government clients, and other project partners.
Deliver comprehensive progress reviews and support high-level program meetings with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Apply strategic expertise in systems engineering and integration to optimize project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, security requirements, and industry best practices throughout project execution.
Required Qualifications:
Must hold an active secret level clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
7+ years of experience in project management in military or government environments
PMP certification required; additional relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) highly desirable.
Proven track record in managing large-scale IT systems and mission-critical services.
Comprehensive knowledge of lifecycle management, systems engineering, and integration processes.
Strong expertise in project budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Proficiency in developing and overseeing critical studies, reports, and acquisition documents.
Advanced skills in stakeholder management and high-level communication.
Experience with Command and Control (C2) and cyber-enabling services.
Familiarity with Command and Control Interoperability Program (C2IP) services is a plus.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
