Cyber Incident Management Officer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Cyber Incident Management Officer to join our Brussels, Belgium team.

What will you be doing in this role:

• Support enterprise-wide cyber incident response efforts, ensuring effective coordination among stakeholders.
• Assist in tracking, overseeing, and following up on Cyber Incident Task Force (CITF) activities and decisions.
• Contribute to the development of policies and documentation, including the cyber incident management framework, response plans, and handbooks.
• Prepare communication materials such as meeting records and incident reports.
• Provide administrative support for the planning, execution, and documentation of CITFs and Incident Coordination and Decision-Making Group (ICDMG) meetings.
• Perform secretarial duties related to incident response meetings.
• Assist with planning and executing cyber incident management exercises.
• Ensure lessons identified from past exercises and CITFs are integrated into ongoing incident management practices.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Enterprise Cyber Incident Manager to support the incident management process.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• A degree from a university or establishment of similar standing plus at least 3 years of professional experience in Enterprise or large international organization environments;
• Experience in cybersecurity, preferably in policy development.;
• A good knowledge of cybersecurity in areas such as incident response, threat intelligence, risk management or related.
• The ability to draft clear and concise reports, produce and maintain cybersecurity incident reports, security in support of cybersecurity incident response activities.
• Good knowledge of English

Desirable:

• Cyber security certifications such as CISSP, CISM or equivalent degree in cybersecurity;
