The IAM Business Accountability Senior Manager will be responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM) business enablement and engagement. This role’s responsibility is defined as the primary stakeholder between IAM and the rest of the organization, both within technology, as well as business areas. Responsible for engaging with and overseeing implementation of IAM control solutions and technologies.  Partners with IAM initiatives teams, BISO and product managers to mitigate risk for critical areas. Accountable for IAM Centralized Engagement (ICE) Intake submission review and closure. IAM Loudspeaker representative team accountable for disposition.

In this role you will:

  • Own and drive effective relationship strategies across all IAM stakeholders
  • Manage and enable resources to be able to communicate to IAM stakeholders on various topics, hold office hours or facilitate surveys, etc. on behalf of the IAM organization.
  • Be able to design actionable plans for one-off requests for IAM from our lines of defense or the regulators, whether directly or indirectly received, i.e. support of other Cyber issues not IAM owned.
  • Guide development of actionable risk-based roadmaps and plans to mature IAM controls for the Wells Fargo enterprise based on stakeholder priorities and methods that improve adoption across the enterprise
  • Working across IAM leadership, help identify and possibly deliver on opportunities and practical risk-based strategies for continuous improvement across IAM processes and tooling based on stakeholder or lines of defense feedback
  • Manage and develop teams of specialists and managers to oversee moderate to highly complex activities associated with the development and implementation of business-specific programs, processes, and controls which identify, assess, monitor, measure, and mitigate risk
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, risk mitigation, and control strategies
  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions, interpret and develop policies and procedures, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, initiatives, protocols, and deliverables that are moderate to high-risk within scope of responsibility
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers
  • Engage and influence business heads, regulators, control management, risk, legal, and audit partners to successfully ensure appropriate management of business risk
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following:  work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project or product management, implementation, or strategic planning
  • 5+ years of information technology experience
  • 5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience
  • 2+ years of change management experience
  • 5+ years of Identity and Access Management experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of operation workflows/processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
  • Risk analysis and quantification experience
  • Client relationship management experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Knowledge and understanding of full life cycle application development
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
  • Advanced Microsoft Visio skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint
  • Ability to present to multiple levels of management
  • Experience working in the financial industry

  • Ability to work at one of approved locations in the job posting.
  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule - 3 days a week on-site/in office and 2 days a week remote

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
