Job Summary: The Project Manager for Cybersecurity will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to MFA, authentication mechanisms, and YubiKey deployments. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, project management expertise, and experience with authentication technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project requirements are well-understood and met.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Technical Expertise: Provide guidance and expertise in MFA, authentication technologies, and YubiKey integration to ensure the technical soundness of projects.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated financial resources.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and security.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management within the cybersecurity domain, with a focus on MFA, authentication, and YubiKey.
Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM, or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of MFA, authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and YubiKey technology.
Project Management Skills: Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Our Lead Cybersecurity, earns between $128,400.00-$192,600.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
