What you’ll do

At Flutter, we are embarking on an ambitious global finance transformation programme over the next three years. This IT Controls Transformation Senior Manager role offers an outstanding opportunity to be at the forefront of this transformation. You will be responsible for delivering key elements of the ICFR pillar, while also supporting other finance transformation pillars, such as finance ERP implementation. Reporting directly to the Head of IT Controls Transformation, you will play a crucial role in crafting our future!

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of both short-term and long-term transformation elements of the ICFR project plan, focusing on IT controls at the group and divisional levels. This includes IT general controls across the full spectrum of IT domains and IT automated controls.

• Manage external support to ensure specific elements of the ICFR project plan are delivered within planned costs and timelines.

• Chip in to regular project management reporting for the Head of IT Controls and the Business Controls Transformation.

• Identify and highlight potential challenges or necessary revisions to scope, timetable, resources, or dependencies.

• Seek out improvement opportunities within handled elements of the ICFR project plan, such as process changes or control automation.

• Collaborate with Business Controls Transformation peers and the Internal Controls team to ensure seamless management’s testing activities.

• Prepare briefing documents for the Group’s external auditors on led elements of the ICFR project plan, if required.

• Collaborate with internal teams led by Divisional CFOs, Divisional CIOs, and senior Group Functions members to drive transformations and handle concerns.

How you'll do it:

• Extensive experience in an IT or Cyber transformation program, with a focus on integrating control considerations into design processes or tools.

• Proven experience with GRC processes and tools that assist in demonstrating controls and risk management, or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated experience in remediating material weaknesses or significant deficiencies.

• Background in significant finance transformation activities in ICFR or with ICFR impacts, such as GRC implementation, global process owner deployment, ERP implementation, or technology enablement of the annual ICFR cycle, is helpful

• Experience in betting, gaming, or online entertainment businesses is advantageous

• Familiarity with Oracle ERP and related Oracle systems is helpful.

• PCAOB audit experience and a background in professional services or industry roles.
