Role: Cybersecurity Engineer.

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
• Min. 3 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Engineer;
• Experience with DevSecOps, Threat Modeling, and Secure Software Development Lifecycle (S-SDLC);
• Proven track record in cyber risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies;
• Familiarity with compliance across regulatory frameworks such as HKMA, MAS, DORA, FINMA, and ISO27001;
• Solid understanding of application security practices (SAST, DAST, and SCA tools);
• Experience in SIEM onboarding/operations;
• Knowledge of vulnerability management processes, cybersecurity incident handling, and security monitoring;
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards: NIST, CIS Controls;
• Experience with cloud security and third-party technology risk assessments;
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, or CSK (plus);
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
• Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
