Responsibilities
Millennium Corporation is hiring a Cyber Training Content Specialist to work in our Huntsville, AL office.
The Cyber Training Content Specialist provides foundational support to k>fivefour’s training program and manages content and lab environments for a wide array of cybersecurity related courses.
- Support provisioning of Battlegrounds training, exam, and scenario environments.
- Provide first-level support technical support for students and instructors during training sessions.
- Work alongside corporate IT to troubleshoot underlying system and network systems supporting Battlegrounds.
- Support pre- and post- class activities, to include preparing the classroom each day for instruction, preparing materials for students, preparing workstation configuration, shipping materials as required, and cleaning classrooms for students.
- Perform technical writing duties, ensuring course content aligns with corporate style guides and templates, converting materials into standardized formats, validating and ensuring technical documentation is accurate, and facilitating content integration into the learning management system.
- Consults with internal stakeholders on Battlegrounds scenario designs.
- Develop Battlegrounds scenarios based on agreed-upon scenario designs.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Candidate must be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
- 5 years’ experience with applicable experience: infrastructure management, cybersecurity training, etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). 2 YOE additional experience in lieu of a degree.
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP) preferred.
- Small business experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in working in high performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex compliance issues.
Business Development
- Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
Physical Requirements
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
Travel Requirements
Less than 10%
