Roles and Responsibilities
· Ensures that organizations comply with industry specifications, standards, regulations, and laws by reviewing operational practices, creating and enforcing the compliance plans
· Coordinating regulatory compliance procedures across the organizational structure
· Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and developments in the regulatory environment
· Updates Plan Docs and SBC’s
· Responsible for 1094-1095C, PCORI/Form 720, 1099 HC, and Form 5500 reporting on behalf of Breckpoint’s Limited Benefits groups
· Maintains in-depth working knowledge of Breckpoint’s systems and processes
· Responsible for sending Service Agreement packet post renewal/onboarding calls
· Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all clients and management to ensure customer satisfaction
· Documenting compliance-related processes and maintaining records
· Attends regulatory compliance trainings, webinars and seminars as directed by the CM and VP
· Assists Acrisure in maintaining Breckpoint, Inc. licenses such as TPA, individual producer, etc.
· Assists Compliance Manager with developing Policies and Procedures
· Responsible for assisting in Limited Benefits Compliance projects and filings
· Acts as a backup to the Compliance Manager

Work Environment
