Information Security Sr. Analyst

Overview

To contribute to the development and enhancement of IAM Central portal by leveraging React for dynamic user interfaces and Java-based APIs for robust back-end functionality. This role will involve collaborating with the team to build new features, integrate front-end components with existing Java APIs, troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack, and learn our development standards and best practices, with the goal of becoming a proficient full-stack developer specializing in React front-ends and Java API back-ends within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining user interfaces with React.
• Learn to build and support back-end applications using Node.js or Spring Boot.
• Collaborate on integrating front-end and back-end components.
• Work with databases under guidance.
• Participate in code reviews and learn best practices.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Continuously learn and expand your full-stack development skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,400 - $127,850.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer or in relevant front-end/back-end roles.
• Front-End: Proven experience (1+ years) with React.js, including component-based architecture, state management and front-end routing.
• Solid experience (1+ years) with either Node.js (with frameworks like Express.js) OR Spring Boot (Java).
• Strong understanding of core JavaScript concepts (ES6+).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with at least one relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) database.
• Experience with version control tools (Git)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
