About The Role:

As an IT & Security Operations Specialist at Enfuce, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the company’s internal IT systems while supporting cybersecurity operations. This hybrid role blends day-to-day technical support with security monitoring and compliance tasks, helping to ensure our technology and data stay secure, efficient, and easy to use.

You'll take a hands-on role managing Mac and Windows devices, SaaS applications and tools like JumpCloud. Delivering responsive end-user support and driving automation to improve IT efficiency. In addition you'll support key security functions including incident response, vulnerability management and security awareness initiatives. Working closely with both the Internal IT and Security teams you’ll help ensure compliance is being met and contribute to developing a productive and collaborative work environment.

Job Role:

IT Support & Operations:

  • Provide hands-on support for laptops, meeting rooms, SaaS applications and technical support across all offices.
  • Manage tickets through our helpdesk system Jira and troubleshoot user issues promptly.
  • Assist with software license tracking and IT asset management.
  • Help with onboarding and offboarding employees, including device setup and account provisioning.
  • Keep IT documentation, checklists, and procedures up to date and accessible.
  • Identify improvements to boost efficiency or simplify user support by automating manual and repetitive tasks.

Security Support:

  • Support the team in maintaining ISO27001 and PCI DSS compliance through documentation and process adherence.
  • Help monitor and respond to basic security alerts under guidance from the Lead Security Operations engineer.
  • Assist in regular vulnerability scan reviews and coordinate follow-ups for remediation.
  • Participate in security awareness efforts, including training sessions and phishing simulations.
  • Collect data for monthly reporting and incident summaries for stakeholders.
  • Perform initial risk checks on new vendors and help document due diligence processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide security efforts.
  • Solid understanding of cloud based applications, SSO, Jumpcloud, Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity basics and an interest in growing in this area (ISO27001, PCI DSS is a plus).
  • Experience with Jira Service Management and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Detail oriented with good documentation skills
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain tech concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage time across both support and security related tasks.
