Senior IAM Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic IAM Principal Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), particularly in managing Pathlock IGA, Saviynt, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and related cloud and hybrid IAM technologies. This role requires a strong focus on securing identities and access while ensuring seamless system integration and security administration across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and Manage Pathlock IGA\Saviynt\Microsoft Identity Manager, Azure AD, active directory and Azure AD Connect.
• Secure and Optimize cloud and hybrid environments by leveraging IAM security features, enforcing robust security controls, and continuously improving access management protocols.
• Oversee Security Administration by managing the addition, removal, and modification of user access privileges across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards.
• Participate in the Recertification Process for internal audits, ensuring that access rights are reviewed regularly and that users meet the necessary security requirements.
• Enhance and Strengthen Security of Azure Active Directory (AAD) through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement of security configurations to mitigate risks.
• Administer Microsoft Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to further protect user accounts from unauthorized access, ensuring the integrity of secure login processes.
• Leverage PowerShell Expertise to manage Office 365 and on-premises Active Directory environments, automating routine tasks to enhance operational efficiency and security.
• Provide Support for Office 365 Mobile Applications, ensuring that mobile access is secure, functional, and aligned with corporate security policies.
• Manage On-Premises Active Directory Users and Groups, maintaining the integrity and security of user and group roles within the enterprise environment.
• Perform Daily Tool Health Checks, monitoring the performance and stability of IAM tools and systems, proactively identifying issues and applying solutions to ensure optimal performance.

Who we are looking for:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong Experience in IAM Systems: Expertise in administering Pathlock IGA, Saviynt, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), with a deep understanding of the IAM lifecycle.
• Cloud and Hybrid IAM Security: Proven experience in securing identities and access across cloud and hybrid environments using IAM security features such as identity federation, conditional access, and privileged access management.
• Advanced PowerShell Skills: Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for managing Office 365 and on-premises Active Directory, automating administrative tasks for efficiency.
• Multi-Factor Authentication: Experience in administering Microsoft Azure MFA to enhance the security of user access to applications and systems.
• Office 365 & Mobile Application Support: Expertise in Office 365 environments and securing mobile applications for enterprise use.
• On-Premises AD Management: Hands-on experience managing on-premises Active Directory, including user and group administration, security group management, and access control policies.
• Security-First Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities within IAM systems, ensuring the protection of critical business assets.

Minimum Qualification:

• A university degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Security, or a related field is highly desirable
• 10+ years of experience in Products like MIM/FIM/Pathlock IGA/Saviynt, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory and PowerShell, Single Sign on.
• Certification in IAM-related technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer, Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP)).

• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.
• Strong organization/project management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments/projects, timelines and to identify project interdependencies, resource needs, potential risks/pitfalls and mitigation plans. Recognized as an integrator and solution provider.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and confidentiality in handling information and issues that arise while staying within defined policies and practices
• Possess solid teamwork capabilities and when needed, scales in support of unforeseen assignments and tasks through demonstration of personal initiative.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering presentations that convey key concepts and outline recommendations to various levels of management.
• International, global experience preferred.
