YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES  

In this role, you will work independently and proactively to shape and secure our international IT landscape. With a strong focus on strategic security planning, governance, and risk management, you will drive forward key initiatives to ensure resilience and compliance. 

• Develop and refine the global IT security strategy in alignment with business objectives.

• Lead risk assessments and define mitigation strategies to strengthen cybersecurity posture.  

• Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions by working closely with legal teams. 
  

• Design and oversee cybersecurity governance structures, including policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks. 

• Spearhead incident response planning and crisis management strategies to ensure business continuity. 

• Foster a strong security culture by driving executive awareness, leadership engagement, and organizational alignment. 

• Evaluate and select strategic partnerships with cybersecurity vendors and service providers. 

• Monitor emerging threats and technological advancements to proactively adjust security strategies. 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:  

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on strategic planning and governance. 

• Proven experience in leading security initiatives, ideally within a multinational environment 

• In-depth understanding of global cybersecurity regulations and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOC2, EU AI Act, ISO 27001). 

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C-level executives. 

• Track record in developing and executing security programs, driving compliance, and managing security budgets. 
  

• Experience in third-party risk management and supply chain security. 

• Strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.   

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment while maintaining a strategic perspective. 

• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
