the SVP is accountable for standardizing systems across acquisitions, integrating enterprise platforms, and
enhancing support services across a growing, multi-brand organization. This role ensures that
all IT systems—including infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, data analytics, and field
technology—enable operational excellence, scalability, and digital innovation. A key focus is on
improving customer and field experience through technology and driving long-term platform
efficiency.

Essential Functions (Other Duties as Assigned)
• Serve as the top IT executive, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), accountable for all
information technology functions across the enterprise.
• Champion digital innovation to enhance field operations and customer experience, including
point of sale systems, loyalty platforms and mobile solutions.
• Serve as executive sponsor for all Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technology initiatives,
fostering a culture of innovation while ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise
data security standards.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team on technology risks, innovation,
and enterprise system enablement.
• Develop and execute long term IT strategy aligned with company growth, operational scalability
and innovation goals.
• Provide executive leadership for infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, data
strategy, and field-level systems across all brands and locations.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders to identify and implement technology solutions that
enhance customer experience, employee productivity and service delivery
• Lead the integration of technology platforms across acquisitions to drive standardization,
business continuity, and scalability.
• Ensure technology platforms are secure, reliable, scalable, and compliant with data privacy,
cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
• Manage enterprise IT budgets, capital planning, vendor partnerships, contract negotiations, and
strategic technology investments.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for technology to improve service
delivery, customer experience and employee efficiency.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT leadership team, ensuring succession planning, performance
management, and development of internal talent.
• Oversee data strategy, reporting platforms, and analytics tools that empower decision-making
and performance insights.
• Drive IT change management and communication strategies to support adoption and reduce
business disruption.
• Ensure IT service delivery standards, system uptime, and end-user support meet or exceed
business expectations.
• Direct the development and enforcement of IT policies, cybersecurity protocols, business
continuity plans, and governance frameworks.
• Act as the executive sponsor for enterprise technology initiatives, ensuring timely, on-budget
delivery and alignment with strategic priorities.


Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field
required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience including enterprise-wide
responsibility in a multi-site, operationally intensive business
• Experience leading enterprise architecture, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and core
system implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM, POS) and post-acquisition platform integrations
• Experience in private-equity backed or growth-stage environments is strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strategic, enterprise-level thinker with a strong understanding of business operations and
technology enablement
• Deep expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud environments, information security, and application
ecosystems
• Proven ability to lead through change, scale teams and systems, and integrate new technologies
across a distributed environment
• Strong executive communication, cross-functional influence, and financial acumen related to IT
budgeting and ROI
• Effective in fast-paced, high-growth environments that require sound judgement, prioritization,
and disciplined execution


Physical Requirements
• Travel to field sites and business locations as needed, with an estimated travel requirement of
up to 20% or as dictated by business needs
• Availability to provide support during off-hours or weekends in response to critical incidents
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent demands across remote and on-site technology functions
