We are seeking an IT Compliance Specialist for IT Infrastructure to help mature our IT Infrastructure compliance and optimize our processes for IT infrastructure management. This is more than a typical IT compliance role—it's an opportunity to be entrepreneurial and operational, actively building and improving our IT compliance framework and our operational processes. You will significantly influence our development and processes in IT, drive change, and foster a compliance- and IT service management mindset within the team and organization.
The role is based in our Hellerup office. You will report to the Senior Manager of IT Compliance & Governance, also based in Hellerup, and join a team of six—including a Student Assistant—with two open positions to be filled, bringing the team to a total of eight. The wider IT organization comprises over 50 professionals across all locations.
Your Profile
We are looking for an IT Compliance Specialist that has the following qualifications:
Solid experience in IT Compliance (GxP) within the Life Science/Med Tech or pharma industry.
Experience working with IT qualifications
Experience from a role as Infrastructure Manager, Infrastructure Engineer or similar and are passionate about compliance and processes
Highly experienced in balancing regulatory requirements and industry-standard IT management practices to help maintain a compliant, reliable, and efficient IT infrastructure

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – You can navigate a diverse stakeholder landscape and communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization
Pragmatic approach – You strike the right balance between compliance requirements and practical business realities, offering solutions that are both effective and workable.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a framework for IT infrastructure control and compliance, distinguishing between various types of IT infrastructure and their specific management requirements. This could cover Azure cloud services or Veeam backup solutions, and hardware components like Dell servers, Cisco switches, and Palo-Alto firewalls.
Ensure IT infrastructure procedures and management comply with external regulations and internal policies, while seamlessly integrating with IT Service Management and Good Engineering Practices.
Contribute to the project and operations phase for IT infrastructure management, including qualification activities such as Qualification Protocol/Report.
Provide clear, practical, and firm guidance on IT infrastructure control and compliance.
Ensure compliance of IT infrastructure with regulations and policies and support the area in inspection- and audit situations.
Enhance awareness and understanding of best practices in IT infrastructure control and compliance.
