Your team

You will be working in Access Governance and Onboarding [AG&O] team with in Technology Information Security Office, helping to source, develop, implement, maintain and support world-class technology solutions.

Technology Information Security Office (TISO) is a global organization within Group Operations and Technology Office (GOTO). Our services focus on Access Management for applications and infrastructure, identity management for users, directories, detecting/preventing measures for cyber threats, and exchanging/storing data securely. We provide consolidated and reliable security services that implement secure design principles, and create best-fit solutions.

As an expert in Access Governance domain, you'll be part of our team in India and working closely with the internal project team. The team is responsible for access management to IT Assets used across the organization. Our team is global, diverse and collaborative as we work across organizations to keep our technology, applications and the businesses they support secure.

Your expertise

• ideally 5 to 8 years’ experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with exposure to Computer Science
• solid proficiency and hands-on in Identity and Access Management concepts (IAM)
• advanced expertise in using Microsoft Excel is must
• must possess ability to explain complicated technical matters clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• excellent communication skills in English is must to communicate and collaborate with different internal stakeholders located Globally
• working experience (or willingness to learn) in data analytics tools like Alteryx or PowerBI (or similar data analytic tools like Tableau) is an added advantage
• previous experience with Onboarding / migration / support projects (ideally software ones, with the focus on data and apps onboarding and migrations from the legacy to the new environment) is also an added advantage
