Red Team Senior Security Analysts work closely with teams throughout Information Security, as well as provide technical leadership and advice to teams and leaders throughout Stryker.  You will be in direct contact with teams in a variety of business verticals, giving you firsthand knowledge about how Stryker is built and how it operates at a deep, technical level. Additionally, you will leverage the knowledge you gain about Stryker to find new ways to break services, processes, and technologies throughout the company.

The Red Team performs pentesting and real-world threat simulation with the continuous goals of improving organizational readiness, providing advanced simulation for defensive teams, and assessing current control performance for critical Stryker assets.

What you will do: 

  • Perform penetration tests and Red Team operations simulating real-world adversaries using MITRE ATT&CK methodologies.
  • Plan, execute, and document authorized security testing engagements and vulnerability exploitation.
  • Develop, configure, and securely maintain offensive security tools, scripts, and payloads.
  • Keep detailed operational records and produce comprehensive, audience-appropriate reports.
  • Present findings and risk insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams in detection enhancement, Purple Teaming, and incident resolution.
  • Uphold strict operational security, ethical standards, and perform post-test cleanup.
  • Continuously improve skills, participate in training, and contribute to Red Team development activities.

What you need:

Required:

  • Two or more years of professional experience in IT, Cybersecurity, or Software Development field
  • Hands-on certifications, specifically eJPT, PNPT, OSCP, CPTS, eCPPT, CRTP, or CRTO are strongly preferred (other certifications or training completed considered on a case-by-case basis, if based on hands-on skills)
  • Demonstrated experience in ethical hacking
  • Experience writing scripts in two or more scripting and development languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python, Ruby, C/C++, Java, .NET, JavaScript
  • Experience with common offensive security tools (e.g., Impacket, Netexec, Hashcat, Burp Suite)

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Ability to confidently present technical concepts in verbal English to both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership and Executive level audiences
  • Experience in Penetration testing or Red Teaming role, specifically with network and AD testing knowledge preferred
