ECU Penetration Testing Engineer (all genders)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT  

• Targeted pentesting/security analysis of ECU features at all levels - e.g. secure boot, secure OS/TEE, secure protocol implementation, key management systems, debug access activation methods, paid feature activation, system architecture, etc. 

• Analysis, verification and reproduction of security incidents 

• Liaising with ECU SW developers to explain security issues and provide feedback on proposed solutions 

• Supporting the security test developers by providing input to new features and regression test development 

• Tech scouting and evaluation of new security software and hardware technologies 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG 

• At least 3 years of professional experience in pentesting and/or offensive security and reverse engineering 

• Strong embedded Linux skills 

• Experience in Incident response Process (Preparation, Detection & Analysis, Containment, Eradication&Recovery, Post-incident activities) 

• Experience writing clear and precise documentation of security incidents and other types of statistical reports and dashboards 

• Programming with Python or other scripting languages to support automation 

• Experience with SQL and other Database query languages. 

Nice to have: 

• Knowledge of common automotive protocols 

• Experience with automotive bus and protocol analysis tools 

• OSCP certification 

• German language skills B2 or higher
