E-Commerce Compliance Manager ( SOX/ITGC)

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

• Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs that reflect regulatory requirements, particularly SOX and ITGC frameworks, ensuring full alignment with D2C business regulations.
• Oversee and coordinate internal compliance activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and facilitating communication among various stakeholders.
• Liaise with external consulting firms to provide expertise, and insights, and support in compliance audits and assessments.
• Conduct regular compliance training and awareness programs for employees to foster understanding of compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance risks and control effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and relevant regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operational teams to ensure comprehensive compliance readiness, especially during the IPO process.
• Stay informed of emerging IT risks, cybersecurity trends and updates in regulatory guidance affecting ITGC and D2C Digital businesses.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in compliance management, preferably within a digital D2C business environment or IPO stage environment 
• In-depth knowledge of SOX compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience working with external consulting firms and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory documents and identify compliance risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a strong sense of ethics and integrity.
