Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced EUC Vulnerability Management Analyst to join our End User Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating vulnerabilities in end-user computing environments. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the security and compliance of end-user devices and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses in end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Evaluate identified vulnerabilities based on potential impact and exploitability to prioritize remediation efforts effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement vulnerability management strategies and best practices
  • Monitor and optimize vulnerability management infrastructure, including scanning tools and reporting systems
  • Implement and maintain security protocols and compliance standards for end-user devices
  • Develop and maintain documentation for vulnerability management processes and procedures
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of end-user computing environments to identify and address potential issues
  • Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on vulnerability management technologies and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in vulnerability management or a similar role
  • Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, Nessus, and ServiceNow
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint security and compliance standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)) are a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks
  • Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) solutions
  • Understanding of network fundamentals and troubleshooting
