Head of Cyber Security

Join the IT Services team to contribute to Euroapi's performance by implementing the digital transformation of our production sites and support functions. You will support our growth by providing best-of-breed systems, IT support, effective analysis and reporting platforms.

As the Head of Cyber security, you will be responsible at Group level for safeguarding the information systems and critical infrastructures within our IT and OT environments. You will lead a team of cybersecurity professionals and work closely with IT and industrial IT (OT) to ensure the security and resilience of our operations in France and several other European countries.

More specifically, your tasks will include :

• Develop and implement the company's cybersecurity strategy,

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cybersecurity team (3 team members) and the budget,

• Identify and assess security risks related to Office systems and applications, industrial systems and critical infrastructures,

• Implement protective measures and incident response protocols,

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations,

• Collaborate with IT and OT teams to integrate security best practices into processes,

• Train and raise awareness among employees about cybersecurity issues,

• Conduct regular security audits and penetration tests,

• Monitor emerging cybersecurity trends and threats and adapt strategies accordingly,

• Play the required role in the resolution of any cybersecurity incident,

• Evolve the architecture of cybersecurity tools,

Education / Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Significant experience in cybersecurity management, preferably in an industrial environment

Technical skills & Competencies

• Mastery of cybersecurity standards and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, NISV2...).

• Good spoken and written English

• Knowledge of Risk Management & Incident-Crisis response principles​ and methodologies

• Knowledge of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technologies (OT).

• Knowledge of Network security & Operating systems (on IT and OT)​

• Knowledge of security tools (antivirus, EDR, patch management,  Etc.

• Project / Program management and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with transversal and various teams and the Management
