Your Challenge
We are seeking a Systems Administrator with Windows and MacOS experience to support Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) analysis at the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) in Suitland, MD.

Your Mission
You will provide specialized Cyber Security & IT support for critical intelligence systems used in parametric modeling, engineering analysis, and foreign material exploitation. This role requires expertise in high-end workstations, advanced graphics, laboratory equipment,  security accreditation compliance, data loading and some Cloud administration knowledge .

Primary Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within prescribed timelines.
• Ensure change requests and trouble tickets are properly tracked in Service Now or Remedy AR.
• Maintain configuration management and lifecycle documentation of Mission IT assets.
• Provide recommendations for software updates and hardware replacements.
• Support desktop systems updates, accreditation compliance, and security authorizations.
• Assist in risk management frameworks and compliance with ODNI, DIA, DoD, DISA, Navy, NIA, and ONI policies.

What Sets You Apart (Basic Qualifications):

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance and ability to obtain polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience or a Master's degree in a related field and 6+ years of experience. Additional trainings, certifications, or work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Active IAT Level II DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification (e.g., Security+ CE)  or the ability to obtain within 30 days from offer acceptance.
• 5+ years of Windows System Administration experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows hardware/software/network components.
• Experience with C&A, DIACAP, RMF, ICD-503, and/or NIST Framework.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Expertise in evaluating, installing, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
• Coordination with technology teams for service and application support.
• Experience with MS Azure Cloud Administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with MacOS administration.
• Current MS Azure certification(s).
• Active DoD TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
