Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring ATCO Electric’s compliance to Alberta Reliability Standards as required by the Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO) and Market Surveillance Administrator (MSA).

- Collaborate with the Compliance team to review, identify and assign new standards as they are developed by the AESO. Assist in conducting gap analyses between current practices and new requirements against similar North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) standards, published interpretations, and notices of penalties and assessments.
- Engage with internal and external parties as required to build and maintain effective working relationships and to resolve common issues related to the ARS, ISO Rules, and Operating Policies and Procedures.
