Information Security Supervisor

Job Brief

Responsible for designing, testing, evaluating, implementing, supporting, managing, monitoring and deploying of security systems/devices used to safeguard the organization's information assets and secure highly sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and develop security measures to safeguard information against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure.
• Perform operational tasks related to information security systems and tools.
• Administer information security systems.
• Report on the organization's security posture based on statistics and KPIs collected from internal security systems.
• Assess security controls to ensure their effectiveness.
• Conduct security assessments for customers.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Monitor and ensure enforcement of the security policy across all Umniah employees by identifying and addressing deviations.
• Provide technical expertise and advice in all areas of security technology, including network security, platform security, authentication/authorization systems, application security, security architecture, policy enforcement, and security frameworks.
• Proactively protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information processed or held by the organization.
• Prepare timely security status reports and statistics, and present them to the Information Security Manager
• Plan and develop security measures to safeguard information against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure.

Requirements

Education :Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field

Level of Experience :Intermediate Experience (5-8Yrs) in a related Information Security
