Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Cybersecurity & Customer Success Manager to lead end-to-end service delivery for key clients within the IT and Telecom sector.

You will ensure client satisfaction, manage IT security and infrastructure services, and lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced and critical environment.

This role is part of our Customer Success Office in Lisbon, supporting a major telecom operation.

 

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Coordinate customer success strategies across IT and cybersecurity service areas.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service excellence.

  • Oversee the operation and improvement of IT infrastructure, including preventive measures and incident response.

  • Lead and support teams in achieving service-level objectives (SLOs) and performance goals.

  • Act as the main point of contact for escalations and strategic service discussions.

  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and participate in audits or certifications (e.g., GNS).

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and security teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Management and/or Cybersecurity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • GNS certification (or equivalent).
  • Proven leadership experience with strong team management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, systems, protocols, etc.).
  • Strong client management and stakeholder communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and maintain emotional control in high-demand situations.
