We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Specialist to join our technical cybersecurity team. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing and responding to security incidents, advising clients on cybersecurity best practices, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and respond to cybersecurity incidents, including phishing campaigns and alerts from SOC teams.
Utilize XDR and SIEM platforms to investigate and mitigate threats.
Present technical findings and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence.
Collaborate with internal and client teams to improve security posture and incident response processes.
Participate in the development of reports and data analysis using Office365 tools, especially Excel.
Conduct threat hunting activities to proactively identify undetected threats.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity services.
Hands-on experience with XDR and SIEM technologies.
Strong analytical skills in handling phishing and other cyber threats.
Proven ability to manage and resolve incidents reported by SOC teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
In-depth knowledge of Palo Alto’s XSIAM and XSOAR platforms.
