What success looks like in this role:

• Provides Cybersecurity Analysis advice across major initiatives companywide and/or in client environments.
• Coordinates, administers, and monitors system access and network controls.
• Implements and maintains incident response and disaster recovery plans and procedures.
• Identifies, implements and presents risk mitigation efforts for operational, physical, network and application security.
• Performs root-cause-analysis for cybersecurity incidents.
• Offers security guidance for new business and technical projects to ensure compliance with corporate security standards.
• Engages with various departments (e.g., Human Resources, Legal) to provide updates and information on security issues.
• Performs security monitoring to identify and resolve issues uncovered by internal application and network security monitoring tools.
• Creates application security assessments and coordinates remediation efforts for internal or third-party applications.
• Ensures quality for transitions, implementations, and migrations.
• Mentors staff in both technical and consultative skills to ensure the team executes at a consistently high level.
• Assists in client transition activities with senior team members.
• Assists in bid process as a technical non-client facing subject matter expert (SME) to help prepare presentations, ask DD questions, etc.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 8+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Master’s degree preferred
