Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Deputy Program Manager with expertise in Counterintelligence and Insider Threat to join our team! In this key position, you will support program leadership and ensure successful project execution with a focus on security and threat mitigation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee and manage personnel across multiple functional areas with a focus on Counterintelligence (CI) and Insider Threat programs.
- Ensure compliance with contract and finance support functions.
- Lead technical project management initiatives related to security and threat assessment.
- Develop and write technical documentation with an emphasis on CI and Insider Threat.
- Implement and enhance CI Insider Threat programs.
- Strengthen Information Assurance (IA) and Security measures.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to address security concerns.
- Facilitate worldwide travel for project needs.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Security Studies, Computer Science, Behavioral Science, or Criminal Justice, or equivalent and 20+ years of total experience.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant expertise in CI, IA, Security, or Law Enforcement, with a focus on Insider Threat.
- Minimum of 10 years experience managing personnel and support functions.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in technical project management.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in writing technical documentation.
- CISSP and appropriate ND 50-50/DoD 8570.01-M certification.
- Ability to travel worldwide.
Security Clearance Requirement:
