Serve as a key lead engaging with program managers, senior leaders, the acquisition community, and DoD clients to shape acquisition opportunities for Zero Trust work across the DoD community. Identify mission-critical work and suitable contracts to execute tactical sales and pursue OTAs, Pilots, and other whitespace work for new capabilities and emerging mission needs. Leverage senior-level leadership and extensive community relationships within the defense industry and government clients. Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the client's senior management to comprehend their needs and link them to the organization's product or service strategies. Engage across industry partners and resellers to generate leads, identify new opportunities, catalyze revenue growth, and represent the company at conferences and industry events. Maintain a broad and collaborative network across the company and engage in speaking opportunities, networking, and publishing to build an internal and industry reputation as a recognized expert in the Zero Trust opportunity landscape. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in a leadership role managing large technical portfolios within the DoD
10+ years of experience directly supporting the DoD, including a senior-level organization such as combatant commands
8+ years of experience working complex technical solutions that support the DoD, including Zero Trust solutions for mission operators
Experience successfully creating and driving engagement-based approaches to acquisition, including driving whitespace growth and cross-selling capabilities and solutions into adjacent markets
Experience engaging with key client stakeholders to discuss company capabilities and services on several large-scale projects, including driving program of record creation and large acquisition vehicle work
Experience working as part of an integrated account and opportunity capture team in a matrixed organization with collaboration and a team-centric culture
Knowledge of the DoD acquisition lifecycle
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience working with DoD acquisition centers and key client mission stakeholders
Experience developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word
Experience with the successful execution of all phases of large, multi-year capture efforts
Experience with the military and DoD, including serving as a program manager
Experience establishing relationships in the FEDSIM government and industry communities
Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
