As the Senior Product Manager for our Application Security Training portfolio, including both online courses and hands-on labs, you’ll play a key role on our product leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. You will be working with key teams across the company to ensure an amazing customer journey for our training product customers which includes Instructional Design, Security Content Research, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Support to name a few. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities to grow our existing portfolio and influence the direction of our offering, interviewing customers, analyzing market and product data, identifying content and features that drive growth and adoption, supporting go-to-market plans and influencing the overall product strategy. 

Our ideal candidate would be based in the Greater Toronto Area but we are open to candidates across Canada. We are a remote-first company with a head-office in Toronto.  We don’t mandate team members to come in on a particular schedule, however we encourage team members to come into the office to foster connection with their colleagues on a schedule that works for them personally.

What you’ll do

  • Develop a deep understanding of our Application Security Training customer base, user journey, and secure-by-design principles to define a vision and strategy.
  • Develop, maintain and execute a roadmap and backlog of new training content and learning management platform features.
  • Collaborate with Designers, Researchers, Engineers and Learning Management System Administrators to plan and deliver strategic content additions, updates and features.
  • Align and coordinate go to market activities with our Marketing and Revenue teams, contributing as subject matter expert in the Application Security Training space.
  • Help communicate and evangelize product content and features to internal stakeholders, existing and prospective customers.
  • Use product data, customer, industry and market insights to inform decisions and continuously improve the products.

 What you’ll need to succeed 

  • 5+ years of product management experience in Enterprise (B2B) SaaS
  • Experience in e-learning (online education), educational technology (Edtech), adult learning, corporate training or content management is an asset
  • Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs, especially technical audiences like developers or security professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to grow mature products through innovation and data-driven iteration
  • Proven collaboration across product, design, engineering, marketing, support, and field teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using product analytics and market insights to guide decision-making
  • Passion for solving complex problems and delivering exceptional learning experiences
  • Nice to have: Application Security domain experience

What does the interview process look like?

  • Phone Interview You’ll start with a 15–20-minute phone screen with someone from our Recruitment team to learn more about your background and goals for your next role
  • Technical Interview You'll be meeting members of our Product and eLearning teams to learn more about your product management experience
  • Practical Assessment You’ll be given a case study to read over to discuss in the next round
  • Hiring Manager Interview You’ll meet with the Hiring Manager for a deeper conversation about the practical exercise and also discuss team dynamics, and how you can make an impact
  • Culture-Add Interview – This is a 30-minute virtual meeting with either our Chief People & Culture Officer or CEO to learn how your values align with our CCOAR values of Customer Focus, Collaboration, Ownership, Authenticity and Respect.

The listed salary range reflects base pay and may vary based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skill level. Final compensation will be determined after evaluating each applicant’s unique background and skills for the role. 

GTA pay range $130,000—$150,000 CAD
