In this role, you’ll join our Product Growth team and report to David Wahlbeck (Chief Product Officer). It’s a great match if you know your way around frameworks like NIS2,  but your real strength lies in turning complex requirements into clear, practical steps that drive progress. You build trust across teams, simplify where others complicate, and help both our customers and the business move forward with confidence, driven by a constant ambition to improve ways of working and create real value.

ABOUT THE ROLE  📌

As our GRC Lead, you’ll take ownership of the product vision and commercial strategy within Governance, Risk and Compliance. You’ll help us understand what the market needs now and in the future, work with partners and internal teams, and ensure we’re doing the right things in the right way.

You’ll be our go-to person for current and upcoming regulations, and you’ll help us turn these into opportunities, both for our business and for our customers.


Your focus will be to:

  • Be the spokesperson for our GRC offering, driving thought leadership and representing us externally in webinars, social media, industry forums, and key events
  • Stay close to new regulations and customer needs, and turn insights into clear direction
  • Keep an eye on the market, trends, competitors, and what’s coming next
  • Contribute to our partner ecosystem by identifying collaboration opportunities and supporting joint initiatives together with our dedicated partner team
  • See the big picture, from market needs to how we package and price our offering
  • Position our offering to meet today’s expectations and tomorrow’s requirements
  • Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and development to strengthen our customer value
  • Lead key initiatives that support long-term growth and impact
  • Join selected customer meetings as a subject matter expert when needed
YOUR BACKGROUND ✔️
  • 10 years of work experience, including 5+ years in GRC. You’ve worked on both strategic and hands-on tasks, and you’re ready to take ownership of an important part of our future growth
  • Comfortable working with frameworks such as NIS2, GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001, or similar
  • Holds a completed university degree in a relevant field
  • Confidently represents your area of expertise in meetings, on stage, and within external networks
  • Proven ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them clearly to diverse audiences
  • Naturally balances strategic thinking with commercial awareness, ensuring compliance efforts align with business value
  • Collaborates effectively across teams and department
  • Fluent in both English and Swedish, with strong communication skills in both writing and speech
