Sentar is seeking a CRCS Program Manager in Huntsville!
Role Description:
The CRCS Program Manager will work closely with the CISO and Technical Director and will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects within the CRCS lines of business to ensure that they are aligned with Sentar’s goals and objectives. The CRCS Program Manager will communicate with stakeholders, manage risks, and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. The CRCS Program Manager will serve as the day-to-day operational manager for the ICS, CMMC, and FedRAMP teams, monitoring budget and burn rates, allocating resources, mentoring team members, and may support the corporate interest in several other CRCS business unit related work efforts.
Responsibilities
· Strategic Alignment

- Work closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Technical Director to align the CRCS programs delivery with the organization’s broader sales, services, quality and cybersecurity strategies
- Regularly update the CISO and Technical Director on service area performance, risks, opportunities, and needs providing data driven insights to inform decision making
- Participate in strategic planning sessions with the CISO and Technical Director to help ensure that the CRCS programs support corporate line of business goals
· Compliance Engagement Leadership & Oversight

- Ensuring all assessment activities comply with the security requirements for CMMC, or other compliance frameworks and relevant guidelines
- Coordinating?and?leading delivery of project milestones to ensure project timelines stay on target by escalating and identifying roadblocks
- Collaborating with technology and business stakeholders along with other compliance team members to facilitate remediation and execution of corrective action plans
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare detailed risk reporting and summaries for actionable insight and contract compliance
- Assist in the development of business improvement ideas for the delivery of CRCS services
- Identify, recommend, and implement project performance efficiencies and project cost reduction opportunities on an ongoing basis.
· Business Capture Support

- Participate in the composition of basis of estimate for pricing input during the proposal development process to secure new contracts and engagements.
· Team Management

- Direct a team of cybersecurity professionals, including assessors and ICS engineers, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to complete engagements and projects
- Oversee the allocation of resources across multiple efforts, balancing workloads, spend, earned value, profit while ensuring timely and quality delivery of services.
Qualifications:
Clearance Level: Secret
Experience:
- At least 5 years of management experience in a cybersecurity field
- At least 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity field
Certifications: PMP and CISSP
Skills
- Deep knowledge of client engagement and practice management
- Effective program management, project management, and organization management skills to include follow-up, time management, project budget management and people management
- Understanding of the 7 steps within the Risk Management Framework
- Familiarity with Information Security Principles, knowledge of IT Processes (e.g., Change Management, Incident Management, Risk Management, Network and System Administration, Monitoring)
- Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently, and collaboratively with a nationally distributed team
- Self-starter, faster learner, and proactive problem-solver skills
- Ability to develop and foster strong relationships in the industry, internally in the company, and with technology, business and government stakeholders
- Fluency in written and spoken English language
