CLEARANCE REQUIRED: TS/SCI

Salary: $90,000.00 with a $5,000,00 bonus at one year anniversary on the contract.

Job description:

• Ensure all assigned SCIF personnel are aware of and follow established data-transfer procedures. (MCSB CSSR does this in conjunction with MCSB Contractor Information System Security Officer (CISSO)
• Ensure Government directed procedures are followed for clearing, purging, declassifying and releasing system memory, media and output. (MCSB CSSR does this in conjunction with MCSB CISSO, usually through destruction or system overwrite)
• Provide recommendations for the proper classification of SCI and collateral documents. Assist investigations into the possible compromise of such documents and processes security incident inquiries. (Buckley Space Force Base & MCSB CSSRs)
• Review and provide recommendations for user accounts on SCI automated information systems. The Joint Worldwide Information Communications System (JWICS) trusted agent for Wing SCIFs obtains accounts for personnel with sufficient need and mission impact. (Buckley Space Force Base CSSRs & MCSB CSSR in conjunction with the MCSB CISSO/Contractor Information System Security Officer (CISSO))
• Assist in the internal configuration of the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and the Access Control System (ACS) to ensure compliance with all applicable policy and regulations. (Buckley Space Force Base & MCSB CSSRs)
• Recommend actions and ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Del 4 SW SCIFs. Noncompliance will be reported to SIO or appropriate personnel in accordance with DoD 5105.21 M1. (Buckley Space Force Base /MCSB CSSRs and CISSOs)
• Assist with Information Assurance (IA) duties for Del 4 SCIFs, to include SCI Automated Information System (AIS) accreditation, baseline maintenance and network connectivity architecture. (Buckley Space Force Base / MCSB CSSRs and CISSOs)
• Update and maintain an AIS baseline for all Del 4 SCIFs. Update and maintain a network diagram for each of the AIS systems within these SCIFs. (MCS/MCSB CSSRs and CISSOs)
• Review physical and logical architecture specifications to verify IA requirements are satisfied at an acceptable level of risk and report any issues to the Government as required. (MCSB CISSOs)
• Perform quarterly program management reviews with client stakeholders and share feedback with employees to ensure continued success of the Delta 4 mission.

Required Qualifications:

• TS/SCI clearance
• Security + certification
• Four years of experience in information security

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in cyber security
• Formal ISSO training and certification
