We are seeking an innovative, results-driven, and accomplished technology expectedness our team as a Go-to-Market (GTM) Business Applications, Senior Manager. This role is crucial for leading, maintaining, and strategically scaling our dynamic GTM business application team. You will be required to support a vastly growing environment characterized by a large technology stack of approximately 60 interconnected services and a diverse set of stakeholders across GTM and Revenue Operations.

Your team will be responsible for architecting, supporting, scaling, and enhancing the internally used line of business applications and integrations.

Reporting to the Director of Business Applications, this position oversees the ongoing design, implementation, strategic management, and maintenance of these critical technology systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an exceptional communicator, a resilient leader, and enjoys solving complex problems that require an integrated understanding of how technology, structured processes, and people combine to deliver significant business value.

Responsibilities

As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Business Applications, Senior Manager, Your impact will be:

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Business Applications Engineers, fostering a high-performance culture and driving professional growth.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce robust work methodologies (e.g., Agile) to bring structure, predictability, and efficiency to the team's operations across a complex tech stack.
  • Manage the strategic vision and roadmap for the GTM application ecosystem, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and stakeholder needs through effective planning cycles.
  • Serve as the primary technical expert for the GTM application landscape, with deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and administration, complemented by extensive knowledge of other GTM and CRM applications.
  • Oversee the entire GTM application ecosystem (~60 services), ensuring its stability, scalability, and optimal performance.
  • Lead planning and implementation for application launches and releases across the integrated stack, managing cross-functional dependencies.
  • Drive the implementation, maintenance, and integration of key GTM systems, including Salesforce (SFDC), CPQ, Marketing Automation Platforms, CDPs, and other RevOps tools
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, effectively managing competing interests and prioritizing based on business impact.
  • Develop and deliver effective training and documentation to ensure user adoption of GTM applications and compliance with methodologies.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the health of the GTM application ecosystem and the effectiveness of processes,
  • Effectively manage team dynamics, including navigating challenges between peers, to maximize performance within existing constraints.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in GTM applications management, and process operations, ideally in a fast growing companies.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and scaling technical teams, including implementing and enforcing work methodologies.
  • Extensive expertise in Salesforce architecture, components, and administration.
  • Hold current and relevant Salesforce certifications - Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) Or higher
  • Extensive knowledge of the broader GTM and CRM application landscape, Gainsight, hubspot, clari etc'
  • Proven ability to see the "big picture" and understand complex cross-platform integrations and data relationships within a large application ecosystem (approx. 60 services).
  • Strong understanding of core GTM and RevOps business processes (e.g., Lead-to-Cash, Customer Lifecycle).
  • Experience in collaborating with and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, balancing competing interests and defining integrated roadmaps.
  • Excellent project and program management skills, capable of leading complex initiatives across multiple integrated systems.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical and process concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to leverage data for decision-making and measuring system/process effectiveness.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and resilience required to thrive in a dynamic and occasionally challenging environment.
  • Experience with ITGC compliance and change management principles.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience managing a tech stack of comparable size and complexity (50+ services).
  • Experience with specific integration platforms or middleware (e.g Make automations, Workato).
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Databricks, etc.


Expected compensation for the role is between $150,000-$160,000 + commission. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of payment. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.
