Principal, IT Security & Compliance

Overview

To protect IBEX infrastructure from emerging threats and help organization in achieving business objectives.

Description: This position acts as senior level IS resource having strong background of Network and Cyber Security functions. This position will coordinate & will help implementing IT Security Roadmap and security processes for the protection of IBEX Global assets.

Responsibilities

1.  Develop and support in implementing comprehensive network security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure and data2.  Support in designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust network security architecture, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and other security solutions.3.  Identify, analyze and mitigate security risks across all network layers4.  Develop comprehensive network security policies for implementation5.  Ensure Baseline and Guideline are followed on all network devices based on Industrial Best Practices.6.  Testing and Identifying network and system vulnerabilities7.  Actively monitor security threats and risks, provide in-depth incident analysis, evaluate security incidents, and provide proactive threat research.8.  Oversee and management of team for day-to-day security operations, including monitoring network traffic, analyzing security logs, and detecting and responding to security threats.9.  Work with various IT and Non-IT Departments to ensure continuous compliance of PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO27001 and CIS controls.10. Prepare for and assist during various client’s security audits and assessments11. Participating in the change management process.12. Understanding/Exprience of the cloud security.

13. Deep understanding of network security concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and encryption14. Knowledge or Experience of PCI DSS and ISMS 27001 standards15. Network Security/CEH/CISSP or any other related to Network\Cyber Security certification16. Experience with security tools and technologies (SIEM, VA Scanning, IDS/IPS/VPNs)17. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities18. Experience working with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams19. Strong communication skills

Qualifications

Education                Bachelors Degree in IT/CS/Software Eng./Telecom

Experience               8 to 10+ years of experience in network security and network operations

Reporting Time         3:00 pm-12:00 am (PKST) / 4pm - 1am (PKST)
