Head of Secured & Retail Lending Division, Personal Banking Product Department

Responsibilities：

• Manage retail secured lending business and coordinate product management activities among the Group’s members in the Southeast Asian countries according to the overall business development strategy
• Formulate and execute business strategies on product development, marketing and sales channel management in achieving business targets
• Manage end-to-end product plans (product pricing, product features and customer journey) to maximize business profits
• Formulate and implement revenue models and pricing strategies to increase profit contribution for the business
• Identify and build rapport with strategic partners in order to seize business opportunities to achieve business objectives
• Cooperate with Segment units, Channel units and supporting units effectively to facilitate product sales and the enhancement of service quality
• Plan and implement innovative and digital initiatives to ensure the continuous growth of business
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in products of secured and retail lending

 Requirements

• Bachelors or above
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience (e.g. business management/ product management / marketing / credit / risk management / segment management or customer management), including at least 5 years of management experiences in financial institutions. Solid experience in banking product development is preferred
• Possess sound product knowledge with good understanding of the market trend
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of banking operations, risk management, and procedures for credit products, and be familiar with relevant regulatory requirements for related products
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese with good communication and presentation skills
